Hello and welcome to Staplehurst Under Five Playgroup!
We are a charity run, community Playgroup providing a safe and secure environment with a high adult/children ratio for children from 2 and a half to 5 years old. We are Ofsted inspected and a registered charity (no. 802551). Our sessions run Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00.
The children learn through play, structured sessions and optional visits to places such as the Library and Angley School Farm. We encourage the children to take part in themed events including Harvest Festival and Christmas concerts. We also offer 'Ready for School' sessions which are provided for the older children in the term before they are due to attend Primary School and a lunch club for these children to introduce them to eating socially. We have a wide range of equipment and an outdoor play area.
Under Five Playgroup is a committee run playgroup and parents are actively encouraged to get involved, either via the committee, fundraising events or the parent helper rota.
